Book Trader Cafe

It's a book cafe, so the place is mainly designed for reading. But working there is completely doable and nice, with a nice view on the street (mainly the Yale school of Architecture on chapel). Can get busy sometimes but very work and laptop friendly. Plus, the coffee is really good.
